Meetings
All of our meetings are held during the school year on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 P.M. in the school library. Meetings are open for anyone to attend.
Fundraising Options
Are you interested in contributing to Adams, but fundraising is just not for you? There are a variety of methods to support the PTA without spending additional funds or purchasing unwanted items.
- King Soopers Community Rewards allows you to earn funds for BAE PTA simply by grocery shopping. You need to visit the King Soopers website and link your loyalty card to our organization. You can find us by name or by using our ID number of YW082.
- Longmont Dairy Moola for Milk Caps Program is for customers of the dairy only. Your child can return your used milk caps to the school and we can redeem them for funds. There is a box at the school's main entrance for collection.
- BoxTops for Education has gone digital via the BoxTops app. Now you only need to download the app, scan your receipts with your phone's camera function after a trip to the store and it routes funds directly to Adams Elementary.
- Westerra Credit Union partners with us to provide extra funding to any Health & Wellness related programs. In years past, we purchased new recess equipment for the playground, tetherball equipment and new nets for our outdoor basketball hoops. All that is required is to open a new account or banking service and $52.80 will be donated to our school. Even a child's first savings or checking account is sufficient to qualify.
